Thank you Spitzer!
According to the New York Times, the infamous New York governor Eliot Spitzer is set to resign today morning.
This came after a shocking revelation that Spitzer was involved in prostitution ring. The resignation will make Lt. Gov. David Paterson be sworn as the next governor.Paterson will be the first black governor in the state of NY and the forth one in the country.
It is a good news that Spitzer is resigning. The state can’t function if the entire Albany staff is talking about their boss. This will bring the state of New York politics back to normal. Everyone can go back to work without the distraction from this mess.

Showtime has announced its final renewal of “The L Word.” According to the hollywoodreporter.com, the sixth season of the L Word is going to be the last season of the show. That means, after next year, there will be no more “the L word.”
I can’t believe that this great show is about to be over. After Showtime’s cancellation on Dead Like Me, “The L Word” is the only reason that I have continued to subscribe the channel. It’s been six years that this show has changed the American culture and exposed the world of lesbian Americans to everyone. I hope that Showtime will plan to provide more shows like “The L Word” and “Queer as Folk” to its LGBTQ audience.
