What a great day to be a Thai! Finally, the day has come!
The Thai parliament has elected the new Thai Prime Minister, Abhisit Vejjajiva or Mark, the leader of the opposition party, Democratic party. Obviously, his election drew anger from Thaksin Sinawatra’s supporters.
As an anti-Thaksin supporter, I am very happy that the parliament has seen the light. I hope that the new Thai Prime Minister can help Thai economy and unite Thailand again. Thaksin has damaged Thailand so much to the point where Thai people are no longer united.
Pro-Thaksin suppoters, see the light and get out of the Thaksin’s evil scheme.

Yeah, well, when you urban elitists start giving a flying fig for the rural thai population, maybe well start listening to you. If you want Thailand to move into the 21st century, you *must* provide universal education and universal health care. You’ve got to get rid of this concept that any rich person can kill any poor person. And you’ve got to allow the King to be criticized.
I don’t know if you are Thai or not. But, here is what I am going to say. Thaksin never provided universal education and universal health care. He’s corrupted the nation and stole the national resources. See, I would assume that you are have strong Western ideal. The king has done great things for the country and he has kept his hands off from any political pressure. We, Thais, love our king. So with or without the law, if you criticized the king, im pretty sure that Thai people will do something about it.

To rep #2 your opinion shows that you are still impressed by PROPAGANDA, you have never dug deep what is true or what is the dirty tricks that were played by the opponent. We all have heard great things of him but how about the opposite side? Don’t forget that ppl always have 2 sides like a coin.
